Brett Beveridge
Brett is a serial entrepreneur who thrives on building businesses from the ground up and prides himself on being at the forefront of technology. Since founding The Revenue Optimization Companies (T-ROC), he’s propelled the company to be a leader in wireless, electronics, software and retail industries, delivering revenue solutions to big-box retailers and Fortune 500 companies. Brett got his start selling cell phones out of a van at the age of 23. He would turn that van into the nation’s largest mobile wireless retailer with close to 300 stores nationwide.
Karen Paletta
Karen oversees T-ROC’s brand ambassador and retail staffing operations, while also establishing new paths for growth. Prior to joining T-ROC, Karen enjoyed a long tenure with Sprint, leading sales, marketing and operations throughout the Northeast as Region President.
Lowell Rush
Lowell M. Rush is the Chief Financial Officer at T-ROC. He has over 35 years of finance and operational experience in both private and public firms, and helps T-ROC execute growth strategies and explore new opportunities.
Randy Knutson
Randy has over 17 years of experience in developing and implementing system and operational solutions across multiple industries. He brings a customer-oriented practicality to challenging business situations, leading to predictable, efficient and cost-effective growth.
Leighann McGinnis
Leighann’s focus is making sure that T-ROC provides a world-class experience to everyone who joins our company. She’s enjoyed a 30-year career in Human Resources and understands the importance of developing and fostering an environment where people, like you, are given opportunities to excel and thrive. Leighann is a big reason T-ROC continues to attract and keep the top talent in retail.
